Booking Information
BOOKING POLICY
A) PAYMENT POLICY APPLICABLE TO ALL ROUTES, EXCEPT CROSSING ROUTES AND ROUTES OVER 10 DAYS.
1. Individual / or Small group booking (6-8 pax)
- 50% First Deposit: within 7 days after booking.
- 50% Final Payment: within 60 days before trip departure date.
- Last minute booking: 100% payment within 48 hours of booking made / or prior to boarding for booking made on trip departure day.
2 Half Charter (9 pax) / Full Charter (18 pax) / Group booking (9 pax+)
- 15% First Deposit: within 7 days of booking and Non-Refundable
- 35% Second Deposit: within 150 days before trip departure date
- 50% Final Payment: within 60 days before trip departure date
- Last minute booking: 100% payment within 48 hours of booking made / or prior to boarding for booking made on trip departure day
3 LATE PAYMENT
If each payment is not received by the stipulated due date, PANUNEE PREMIER
reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
B) PAYMENT POLICY APPLICABLE TO CROSSING ROUTES AND ROUTES OVER 10 DAYS.
1 Individual / or small group booking (6-8 pax) opened only indicated trip.
- 10% First Deposit: within 7 days after booking.
- 20% Second Deposit: within 18 months before trip departure date
- 20% Third Deposit: within 12 months before trip departure date
- 20% Forth Deposit: within 8 months before trip departure date
- 30% Final Payment: within 3 months before trip departure date
- Last minute booking: 100% payment within 48 hours of booking made / or prior to
boarding for booking made on trip departure day.
2 Half Charter (9 pax) opened only indicated trip. / Full Charter (18 pax)
- 10% First Deposit: within 7 days after booking.
- 20% Second Deposit: within 18 months before trip departure date
- 20% Third Deposit: within 12 months before trip departure date
- 20% Forth Deposit: within 8 months before trip departure date
- 30% Final Payment: within 3 months before trip departure date
- Last minute booking: 100% payment within 48 hours of booking made / or prior to boarding for booking made on trip departure day.
3 LATE PAYMENT
If each payment is not received by the stipulated due date, PANUNEE PREMIER
reserves the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A) CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL / SMALL GROUP BOOKING LESS THAN 9 PAX.
- Cancellation for any route except Crossing route.
- 181 days+ before trip departure date, 35% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 180-61 days before trip departure date, 50% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 60-0 days before trip departure date, all payments are non-Refundable.
- Cancellation for Crossing route and routes over 10 days which is opened for Individual/Small group booking less than 9 pax
- 18 months+ before trip departure date, 30% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 18- >8 months before trip departure date, 50% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 8- >3 months before trip date, 70% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee
- Less than 3 months before trip departure date, all payments are non-Refundable.
B) CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HALF (9 PAX) OR FULL CHARTER (18 PAX) OR GROUP BOOKING STARTING FROM 9 PAX.
1.Cancellation Term for any route except Crossing route
- 151 days+ before trip departure date, 15% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 150-61 days before trip departure date, 50% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 60-0 days before trip departure date, 100% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation Term of bookings for Crossing route and routes over 10 days.
- 18 months+ before trip departure date, 30% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 18- >8 months before trip departure date, 50% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee.
- 8- >3 months before trip date, 70% of trip cost is charged for cancellation fee
- Less than 3 months before trip departure date, all payments are non-Refundable.
RESCHEDULING & MODIFICATION POLICY
A)Rescheduling for all routes including Crossing routes are not allowed for Half/Full and Group booking 9 pax+.
B)Rescheduling Policy for Individual and small group booking less than 9 pax
- Booking Rescheduling for any route, except Crossing route
- 181 days+ before trip departure date, 15% of current trip cost is charged.
- 180-121 days before trip departure date, 25% of current trip cost is charged.
- 120-0 days before trip departure date, trip is unable to reschedule and amendment is not allowed.
- Booking Rescheduling for Crossing route for booking less than 9 pax
- More than 18 months before trip departure date, 15% of current trip cost is charged.
- 18-12 Months before trip departure date, 25% of current trip cost is charged.
- Less than 12 months before trip departure date, trip is unable to reschedule and amendment is not allowed.
C) Modification Policy from full charter to half charter
- Booking Modification for any route, except Crossing route
- 181 days or more before trip departure date, 5000 USD per trip is charged for modification fee.
- 180-0 days before trip departure date, Full charter cost is applied.
- Booking Modification for Crossing route
- 18 months more before trip departure date, 7000 USD per trip is charged for modification fee
- 18-12 months before trip departure date, 10000 USD per trip is charge for modification fee
- Less than 12 months, Full charter cost is applie
D) All modification, and/or rescheduling requests must be received in writing either by email. Major modification and/or rescheduling, which interfere with PANUNEE PREMIER booking schedules, may be treated as cancellations and re-booking and the relevant charges may apply.
GENERAL TERM AND POLICY
- PANUNEE PREMIER reserves the right to alter the published rates and/or introduce any additional surcharges as deemed necessary by the company such as Fuel Surcharge, National Park, Port fee and Airport/hotel round trip transfer fee without prior notice. They are subjected to increase and/or be due to amendment by government policy, or supplier change, and are out of the control of PANUNEE PREMIER.
- If each payment is not received by each due date, the space (s) will be automatically released for resale and any monies already paid subject to the cancellation terms and conditions set out below without any prior notice.
- PANUNEE PREMIER does not offer refunds in the event of personal injury, airline flight delay, flight cancellation, flight misconnection, mechanical breakdowns, weather, sickness/plaque, strikes, war, criminal acts, quarantine acts of God. If another GUEST requires immediate evacuation and the vessel must return to port or any other event beyond its actual control, PANUNEE PREMIER does not offer any refunds to other rest of GUEST on board. For the cost of evacuation from PANUNEE PREMIER to hospital, quarantine or any other places during the trip must be responsible and paid at spot by the GUEST.
- GUEST boarding PANUNEE PREMIER must have personal, travel and diving insurances to prevent the problems of traveling such as flight delay, flight misconnection, baggage delay or misrouting /miss sorting at the airport , diving sickness, accident which cause the additional expenses.
PANUNEE PREMIER will not be responsible for any financial disappointment caused by reasons beyond our control. GUEST has to pay those expenses by themselves. If GUEST is unable to make the dive trip and the date has past our cancellation terms and conditions, we cannot refund or transfer to another date.
- PANUNEE PREMIER does not accept any legal liability for loss or damage to any luggage, valuable item, cash, diving equipment, camera equipment being transferred to/from the vessel nor while on board. We will offer any assistance possible to help with any insurance claims for lost and damage property. GUEST will be charged for repair/replacement of damaged/lost equipment or assets deemed by the Tour Leader/Cruise Director/Company Management to have occurred due to the GUEST’s negligence.
- In case of GUEST, DOES NOT ARRIVE, for any reason and no cancellation has been made, the total value of the booking is forfeit. The fare is not refundable, wholly or in part, if GUEST wishes to join or leave the cruise at any time except on the specified start and finish dates and times.
- Force Majeure
7.1 Force Majeure in this Agreement be understood as the event beyond the limits of the Party capability, including without limitation to personal injury, airline flight delay, cancelation, misconnection, missing/misroute luggage during transferred to/from vessel nor while on board, mechanical breakdowns, sickness/plague, another GUEST need immediate evacuation and the vessel must return to port, war, revolution, chaos, weaponry conflict or any military act, civil war, terrorism or any disturbance of civil people, sabotage, natural disaster, riot, rebel, anarchy or sabotage, flood, earthquake, avalanche, extreme changed of weather and other cause of natural disaster as stated and announced by government, strike, labour riots or another industry disturbance.
7.2 Any delay or unsuccessful obligation by any Party cannot be considered as default
or cannot claim for compensation if the delay or incapable caused by the force majeure as stated in 7.1 in this Article.
- PANUNEE PREMIER reserves the right to cancel any trip if there are less than the equivalent of 12 pax or if there is unavoidable circumstance. PANUNEE PREMIER will endeavor to accommodate GUEST in a similar or higher standard diving package with traveling as close to the original departure times as possible. Alternatively, we may ask GUEST to transfer to the date before/after the initial booking trip. In the event none of options are possible, we will offer a refund for trip price only. The air ticket, hotel or other relevant expenses will not be included in the refund. The refund will be returned maximum 3 months after trip departure date.
- The information provided by PANUNEE PREMIER about the vessel, vehicles, other modes of transport, dive sties, itineraries, schedules, crew, transfers, arrivals, departures and all other aspects are correct to the best of our knowledge. PANUNEE PREMIER reserves the right to change any of the above, without prior notice, as circumstances dictate.
- All GUESTs must prepare the document and follow the recommendation below.
- To have personal / travel and diving insurances before boarding
- To obey and follow all prevailing laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia
- To obey PANUNEE PREMIER’s on board safety regulations
- During check in on board PANUNEE PREMIER, all GUESTs are required to
- Complete and sign liability release and assumption of risk form
- Present proof of diving certification
- Present diving medical insurance such as DAN or equivalent.
FUEL SURCHARGE POLICY
All trips are subject to a fuel surcharge. The fees are charged per person and will be collected on board during check-in.
Rates for standard routes
- Ambon–Banda Sea (AB route) / All regular crossing trips (ACR, RHL routes): USD 200 per person.
- Komodo (KM route) : USD 150 per person
- Raja Ampat Central (RA route) : USD 150 per person
- Raja Ampat – Misool (RAM routes): USD 180 per person.
- These rates are subject to change at any time; however, no adjustments will be applied to trips departing within 30 days.
- For customized routes, fuel surcharges will vary depending on the length of the trip and destination.
